Do not use with infants and children without instruction, and if so at a greatly diluted ratio of .5% or less. The recommendation for topical use is from 3 to 5 % for most people. However, take care if you are elderly or are ill. If you have a reaction to it, stop using and immediately contact a medical professional. Not for internal use unless under the guidelines of an aromatherapist. Remember that essential oils and absolutes are 75 to 100 times stronger than the plant they come from, so they are very different than an herbal or other natural preparation.
